Draft for legal review only

This text is a non-binding placeholder prepared for product development. It is not legal advice and must be replaced or approved by qualified counsel before you rely on it with customers. Enforceability of any limitation of liability depends on jurisdiction, facts, and how disclosures are presented.

No custody

Warren Bot does not take custody of your securities or cash in the way a broker-dealer omnibus account might. Your assets remain subject to your agreements with your brokerage and applicable SIPC / regulatory protections offered by that brokerage — not by us. Counsel should verify this description matches your actual operational and legal structure.

Orders and API access

When you connect brokerage API credentials, you authorize the Service to send instructions within the scope you enable. You can typically revoke keys at your brokerage. You remain responsible for monitoring your account and for tax, regulatory, and investment consequences.

Risk of loss

You can lose money, including your full principal. Automated strategies can fail, lag, or behave unexpectedly. Software bugs, connectivity issues, and market events can cause losses. You agree that you bear financial risk for trading decisions and outcomes associated with your use of the Service, subject to limitations that may be unenforceable in your jurisdiction. Your counsel should integrate this with your Terms and any advisory agreements.
