Long-term quality · Not a technical trading bot

Invest like the Oracle.Let the bot handle the math.

Warren Bot is built for long-term buy-and-hold investors: we rank high-quality companies on quality, valuation, and fundamentals, size positions with conviction, with a disciplined monthly rebalance to stay aligned with the latest rankings.

New accounts pay no fees for the first 3 months—then standard pricing applies.

Principles, not hype

The algorithm mirrors a Buffett-style playbook for the long run: buy wonderful businesses at fair prices, hold with conviction, and rotate only when fundamentals and valuation say so—not because a moving average crossed.

  • Long-term ownership, not technical timing

We don’t chase chart patterns or intraday signals. The strategy is durable ownership of fundamentally strong businesses, with a monthly rebalance to refresh weights and rankings—closer to concentrated value investing than to bots that trade off indicators alone.

  • Quality first

ROE, debt-to-equity, margins, free cash flow, and dividend discipline screen out fragile businesses before a dollar is allocated.

  • Intrinsic value lens

A discounted cash flow model estimates intrinsic value per share. The bot favors names trading below that estimate—and steps aside when price and fundamentals no longer line up.

  • Concentrated conviction

A compact portfolio of top-ranked ideas, with weights tilted toward the most undervalued high-quality names—no dilution across hundreds of tickers.

  • Capital stays deployed

The strategy aims to keep you fully invested in its highest-conviction names—no standing cash reserve. Each month’s rebalance refreshes the lineup as fundamentals and rankings change, so idle cash isn’t a drag on long-term compounding.

How Warren Bot decides

Transparent stages from market data to portfolio decisions—fundamental quality and value scores, not technical overlays. Built for investors who want systematic long-term allocation, not signal-driven churn.

    Universe & data

Start from a liquid large-cap set (e.g. S&P 500) and pull prices plus fundamentals aligned to each monthly rebalance date.

  2. 02

    Quality score

Combine ROE and stability, leverage, profitability, FCF, and dividend signals into a 0–100 quality score. Weak names drop out early.

  3. 03

    Value & DCF

Blend P/E, PEG, FCF yield, dividend yield, and intrinsic value from a multi-year DCF. Better value earns a higher value score.

  4. 04

    Composite rank

Weight quality and value into one rank, take the top 10 candidates, and tilt position sizes toward stronger value scores.

  5. 05

    Rebalance & risk

Each month the bot rotates into the latest top-ranked names, trims positions that no longer qualify, and keeps the book aligned with current quality and value scores.

Common questions

Straight answers on custody, withdrawals, and how we’re different from typical trading bots.

Who owns my brokerage account and my money?
You do. Your account stays in your name at a supported custodian. Warren Bot never takes custody of your cash or securities—we connect to the accounts you approve and place trades on your behalf according to the strategy.
Can I withdraw or transfer funds anytime?
Yes. You move money in or out through your broker, on your schedule. We’re not a lockbox on your capital.
What can Warren Bot withdraw from my account?
Only advisory fees you’ve agreed to under your client agreement—for example the monthly flat fee or AUM-based billing described in our fees section. We don’t withdraw for anything else.
How is Warren Bot different from other trading bots?
Many bots lean on technical indicators and shorter-term trading, which tends to be noisier and riskier. Warren Bot is built for long-term investors: we rank high-quality businesses on fundamentals, aim to buy and hold, and rebalance monthly to stay aligned with the model—closer to disciplined value investing than chart-chasing.
